I RECEIVED A NEW POLICY SCHEDULE WHIH I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT, CALL TWO PEOPLE FROM MIWAY AND I COULD NOT GET HELP UP UNTIL I REQUESTED TO CALL THE INSURANCE THAT I HAD FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS, SPOKE TO THAPELO AND HE MANAGE TO RESOLVE OR TO DECREASE THE PREMIUM A LITTLE BIT, WAS QUITE HAPPY WITH THE OUT COME..FEW PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN ONE O TWO THING FROM THIS GUY ON HOW TO RETAIN CLIENT.
