I MOTILHABANE SAMUEL PITSO GOT INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE 18 FEBRUARY 2012.( CAR REGISTRATION: CBG 186 L)
AFTER THE ACCIDENT I CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY (LION OF AFRICA), AND EXPLAINED THE DETAILS OF THE ACCIDENT.
ON MONDAY 20 FEBRUARY 2012 THEY ORGANISED A TOW VEHICLE, THEY TOOK THE CAR TO LEBOWA PANELBEATERS.
AND SINCE THEN I NEVER HEARED ANYTHING FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
THEN ON MARCH 2012 I CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO CHECK THE PROGRESS, THEN THEY SEND ME A CLAIM FORM TO COMPLETE AND RETURN IT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH I DID, THEN AGAIN THE WAS NO FEEDBACK, UNTIL I CALLLED ON JUNE 2012 TO CHECK THE PROGRESS, THAT IS WHEN I WAS TOLD TO GET THE QUOTATION STATING THE EXACT COST OF THE CAR, WHICH I DID.
SINCE I THEN HAVE'NT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY, WHEN I CALL THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, UNTI L TODAY THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME THING, AND NOW THEY (THE INSURANCE CAMPANY) ARE TELLING ME THAT THE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY CAR.
IM CURRENTLY WRITING THIS LETTER ASKING FOR LEGAL HELP ABOUT THIS ISSSUE.
