I called Miway on friday the 27th wanting to cancel my policy. I was transfered to Nthati Vika who gave me an exceptional service. My reason for the call was to cancel the policy as they increased it, but guess what??? Nthati convinced me to stay and gave me a better offer than the one I got from other insurance.
