Great Service from Thapelo Masinga

I was calling in to cancel my policy, firstly I got cut off and was extremely annoyed however Thapelo took the initiative to promptly call me back. He was not bias towards MiWay and completely understood my situation. To ensure that I get MiRewards and retain a policy with MiWay he then advised me to keep my policy and offered another product with a reasonable administration fee that will benefit me as well.

Thapelo was easy to talk to and very efficient. The next time I call MiWay I insist on being assisted by him. :)
