Just asking some advise and questions

Phoned Iemas Claim Centre this afternoon speaking to Genevieve who were so rude. Did not even give me a chance to complete my sentences. Wanted to find out if I should send the proof of payment of the access amount paid after the accident to them or will the panel beaters do it automatically and how long we have to wait for our access to be paid back to us from the third party.

This is the first time that we had to deal with something like this and I just needed some advice, but she started getting irritated and told me that they will know that I have paid the access to the insurance company because it is just general practice and I have to wait for my access to be paid back until the Legal Department has sorted that out. At this point in time I dont need her rudeness and lack of assistance. Still dont know how long it will take before we receive our access amount back from the Legal Department!!
