Eduction of monthly insurance premiums

My yearly insurance premium review resulted in an almost R150 monthly increase.
I was obviously very unhappy, due not to the value of the increase but more so the fact that I had not been informed of it.
After calling MiWay, and speaking to Thapelo, I can happily report that my premiums have been reduced.
Not only was it a relatively painless process, but Thapelo's great service and friendly attitude went a long way to smoothing my ruffled feathers.
I remain a very happy MiWay client.
