I am an existing client of MiWay and called them to get a quote on a new vehicle which I have just purchased. The initial quote from MiWay was higher than some of their competitors. On realising that I was an existing client for a number of years the lady I dealt with, Khuliso Neluheni, went the extra mile to retain me as a client by offering me a better premium. When she undertook to call me back I received the call backs as promised. She was extremely professional on the phone, understood my requirements and attended to all amendments I had to the policy. Organising the insurance on my new vehicle through MiWay was seamless and Khuliso was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
