Bought a Tablet from FNB and wanted to enquire about their rewards programmes WRT Data. FNB Launched a special today, Agent started giving me details around the programme (5G free Data and 15G when used between certain hours at night)
The agent then wanted to confirm with his sup. Then came back to me and said they couldn't provide info ab the product as they hadnt been given info by head Office?? But they launch today!!! I called in last Monday as well, but was first referred to a no of different people. Then left a message, because of their high call volume Nobody has come back to me! We are now on Thursday. Im typing as I am holding for the Sup, Have been holding for the last 10 Minutes. My immense irritation is that there is no first time resolution, I am spending time and money by phoning back all the time and spending absurd amounts of time on the phone.

FNB" I understand that your core business is not Tablets, and your service is fabulous wrt banking. Shocking wrt Tablets! I will be exceptionally surprised if I even receive a response

The call centre Agent has promised that his supervisor will return the call. FNB: A big thumbs down to you!!
