1GB Data depleted overnight whilst asleep

I lodged a complaint 12/01/14 after waking up to 2 sms's advising me that my data was at 499MB and then stating it was depleted. This after an sms was sent that I had 1.3 GB of data left that very morning.

Working with Android devices, Data analysis, Software and downloads, I understand the basics and beyond that how the system works. Every night my phones are actively using data without me turning it off because it simply does not use much data.

I was told about background services and I stopped the agent explaining that I'm aware of this and this is not common for the reasons stated above. Besides this, I wanted a thorough report about data usage. I was told this will be analysed and I will be contacted within 72 hours. I was called the next day and I was told some repetitive garble and I stopped the agent asking do you have news at which she said has no info. She referred it and said someone will call back that day. This did not happen. I called back after 7 business days. I was told I would be called by Back Office who is still calling.

I had to purchase more data at which Im awaiting compensation for and compensation for failing to deliver service following a complaint.
