Billed twice and not resoved yet

Firstly, the cashier let somebody push in front of me and said nothing. It was an elderly man so I felt bad confronting him, but the cashier should have said something.
When it was my turn to pay the till froze after I had entered my PIN. I received an SMS notifying me of the purchase but I was assured that the transaction would be reversed and I had to go to another till and pay again.
I was sceptical so went to the info desk and left my details, they explained that head office would call me the following day to resolved this. I was stuck at the store for nearly 2 hours when I should have been less than 30 minutes.
Nobody called. On Monday I checked my back statement and sure enough the money went off twice on the 8th.
I have since called the store twice to give them my details, both times being promised a call back with feedback and I have not been given any. I called again today and was cut off while holding for a manager.
Initially I spoke to Peter but he was in a meeting today.
Not only have I wasted my time and phone bill on this but I am short R350 because of your stuff up and it has been 10 days without a resolution.
I want my money back immediately, this is a disgrace.
