Holding on for an hour / cut off???

I phoned ABSA insurance today as I wanted to find out how far my insurance claim is, as they never come back to you. I phoned 0860100876 and held on for about 30 minutes before I got an answer. The agent asked me for my claim number, I gave it to her and she said that I must hold on, and she put me right back to the queue, where I held on for another 20 or so minutes. I decided to dial again, holding on again for 30 minutes. This agent told me I must dial this nr 0860106237 to speak to the non-moto department. When I asked her what that means, she told me I probably won't understand, which I think is not on because how does she know that I won't understand? Anyways needless to say I dialed the other number. Well I am now really fed up because after holding on for an hour the call just cut off. ABSA's service is generally quite appalling and I have countless problems dealing with ABSA. Customer service is non-existent in your organisation, and I really think it is time that you start doing something about this as this is certainly not the first time I have issues with you. I think it is maybe time to move to a service provider that will actually provide a service!
