Lack of proactivity is disappointing

I called your call centre this morning to confirm payment of my account.

I spent close to 5 minutes on the telephone line to your company - first 2 minutes was getting through and the other 3 min was with your call centre agent, providing my info and confirming my details with her.

To my utter disappointment the call dropped. Seeing that the agent was retrieving the info/confirmation and I was awaiting the feedback, I thought the least that would happen when she got the info is to call back, SMS or drop me a very short email with the info I requested.

That did not happen today - I think a more diligent agent would have taken this initiative to close the call. Instead of waiting for me to again spend another time calling your call centre...
