FIRST OFF ALL- TRACEY SONICKSON- NOBODY CAME BACK TO ME ON MY PREVIOUS QUERRY REF NO 317759. MY NEW PROBLEMS ARE: 1.I CANNOT GET REGISTERED ON ONLINE BANKING. I USED ALL MY AIRTIME AND PERSONS REFUSE TO PHONE ME BACK TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE MY CARD NOW FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO JOY.
2. IVE TRIED TO DRAW R2000 ON MY GOLD SMART CHEQUE CARD BUT COULD NOT- I WAS TOLD MY LIMITS ARE SET TO R1500 AT ATM AND R6500 BUYING-WHY -THIS IS MY MONEY AND NOT A CREDIT CARD. SURELY I MUST BE ASKED WHAT LIMITS I WANT?
