Two weeks with NO feedback to Mobile app query

Submitted a query to SB regards the mobile banking application which was not working on my phone, on 19 July. Despite 2 follow up emails, and 2 phone calls, I am still waiting for feedback. Complete lack of communication to advise me of the status of my query and still I cannot use the mobile banking app!
