My question to Virgin Mobile: how long can it take to investigate my account and assign any unused or never allocated airtime?
13th July: Issue logged for the 2nd time but this time someone acts upon it.
15th July: "Please be advised that I am still awaiting for feedback from our Billing department. I will contact again as soon as I have the solid feedback on your query."
19th July: No feedback! My contract expires tomorrow and i wonder how this query will be resolved then...
