Shocking communication from a phone company

My phone was locked while I am travelling out of the country.

I called the call centre on Friday 23 August and was told that someone from the accounts department would call me back the next day. I received no call. I then logged a query on line on Saturday 24 August.

After no response from Nashua mobile, I logged another query online on Tuesday and noticed that my contact details on their system were completely incorrectly captured, I corrected my physical address but could find no way of correcting my email address which was also captured incorrectly as [Email Removed]

The 1st communication I received from Nashua Mobile was an email informing me that my address had been updated. I responded directly to this email on Wednesday again querying why my line had been blocked.

It is now 1 week after my initial query and I have not had any feedback other than that my query has been escalated and I will be contacted shortly. Even this communication was only forthcoming when I followed up. There was not a single proactive message about the status of my query for the entire week.

This is shocking communication from a company in the communications industry. I will be porting my line.
