No feedback after query logged

I logged a query with Telkom Business Mobile on Monday 14 October 2013. My 3G service started giving problems, high ping and low upload speed after running fine for six months. Up to date no one has bothered to phone me to give any feedback. I run a home based business and I am dependant on a stable internet connection. I made several calls to follow up on progress. Nothing, not even a call to say they are working on the problem. Absolutely Pathetic!
