This is my experience with fnb... I recently started my own business and was looking at getting a credit card machine. I first applied for a business account, where in the process my paper work got lost with important information on that I wouldn't want lying around. Then the next moment they brought me the machine after i've never handed in a second set of paper work. then they promised 3 months free of charge, which of course they charged me for every month and cost me a lot of phone calls to retrieve the money. Now im trying to cancel the account because I found a better deal and service from another bank, and I cant get a hold of them. After numerous emails and phone calls and even a complaint on hello peter I eventually got it cancelled! I can't believe that a bank can be this unorganised.
