I went to Standard bank Sunnyside/Pretoria branch together with other executive members of our organisation to change signatories on our business bank account. The process looked like it was going well and that was somewhere towards the end of June. We then added a new signatory onto our bank account and submitted all the paper work necessary. Our file was then sent to Park Town in Johannesburg area for our other executive to sign so we can get our card. Since then we have been going to that Standard Bank every Saturday and we were told that after our member signed our file cannot be tracked and when we try to contact our banker she is nowhere to be found its either it is said that she is in a meeting or only coming in later in the day. We have emailed her manager but nothing has been done regarding this matter. No email of ours is responded to nor a phone call to notify us on the progress of our bank account. We are now sitting with no bank card and zero communication from Standard bank. horrible customer service. Definitely will take our business elsewhere.
