Paying R79 per month and just being charged more

What exactly am i paying R79 per month for when you charge me R6 for drawing money at FNB ATM?? also, i logged a complaint last year about a service station that wanted to take money off my bank account twice. they said the machine was not working and swiped twice, i only signed once!!! so i see the R100 was taken by boulevard motors and never refunded to my bank account . now also with all these bank charges. you put it through as atm glenwood and atm glenwood and charge me R6 when it is FNB ATM's . so how does that work??
should i go lay a charge of or are you going to give me statements for every month i have had my account so i can check it and are you then going to fix ur mess???
i have been sending emails with no reply since last week. no one even has the decency to get back to me.
