ITEC dishonest practises and breech of contract

ITEC offered us a machine that will do more than our current machine at a better price. Forced us to sign a contract with promises if we are not happy we can use the consumer act, cool down period and bank confirmation call to cancel the deal. When the machines were delivered we saw the most important machine was a very sub standard copier and not the bookbinder we requested. After numerous communication with them and 2 months later, the deal is still not cancelled and we still sit with machines we can not use. We now need to sign more contracts for finishers and paper trays etc. After we told them to stop the deal they kept on sending out technicians to install the machines, which we refused. The last technician said we are trading in a Mercedes for a small beetle and we are going to "kill" their technicians with service calls. What they promised is not what we got and we need to cancel the deal. They keep on postponing visits to us. They are now lying by saying we send sms's last week to say it is okay they can continue with the deal AND that we confirmed with the bank to proceed. I feel like we've been. We are going to pay more and their machine will not perform.
