I've been undergoing debt counselling for 1.5 years and ABSA still does not understand this concept. I've received a number of aggressive calls in the last few days stating that I did not make payments on my account. ALL MY ACCOUNTS ARE UP TO DATE AS I AM UNDER DEBT COUNSELLING!!! You guys don't seen to understand this! My debt counsellor has initiated communication with you guys to no avail. Can someone with a brain sort this matter out.
