THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

I applied for a speedpoint machine at the end of AUG 2013! Earl Liesering came 2 see me, and I filled out all the paperwork for him. He said he would let me know the outcome of the app in 2 weeks. He then sent me an email saying I needed to send him my marriage certificate which I did TWICE! I did not hear from him again! I then emailed him in Oct to find out what was going on and received no reply. I went to FNB in Nov and spoke to a manager. they phoned the C/C devision and spoke to another manager who said Earl would be contacting me shortly. I am STILL waiting to hear from him. In the meantime my business is suffering as I have been relying on this machine for payments! I am DISGUSTED with the service I have received. FNB can keep their speedpoint! I will be applying at another bank. I will also be moving my personal, business, and fixed deposit accounts as well as my credit cards etc to another bank. I joined FNB because of the good service they supposedly gave to their clients. How professional is it to keep a client waiting for FIVE MONTHS to get an answer on a credit card machine, after all the paper work was signed and filled out months ago?? I will NEVER recommend FNB!!!
