Shocked with the bad service!

I applied for a credit card machine, I got told it would take about 10 days. I ended up getting the machine 2 months later. I got promised that it was worth my wait due to the % I was going to pay. First week I saw my money was not banking, It was put into a wrong account not being mine.. it was some account in rosebank (I do not hold a account in rosebank) finally matter sorted. Then they changed from Capitec bank to Mercatile bank which should not affect me. It did.. I got a new machine, which had missing pieces. They changed from putting money into my business account to my personal account (no one gave them that authorisation to do so) I have been given bad service no compensation whats so ever besides a Meir sorry and a call centre which is useless, I gave them a month notice and told them I will not be using them. its been over a month and no one has come to collect this credit card machine, or even collected the initial signed contract which was signed by me to open this account.. which I have had for months and them knowing this! I'm flabergasted
