Car still not paid

I AM TIRED OF SAYING ONE THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. You promised to contact me back regarding my the complain I had and till today I am still waiting for that call. Why is it so difficult to pay a claim but making a payment to your company was never a problem. I always hear your adverts on radio metro which are good but your service is bad in terms of responding to people is bad. I want to be paid for my claim which I did on my car. My contact number is 011 866 7163 or 082 582 1996. I have complaint for more than ONE MONTH. Don't you get tired of going back to the same query
