Budget Insurance
Still waiting for the Claim to be finalised

My Claim number 7775907422, My car was involved in an accident on the 7th May 2013. Everything seems fine regarding the response and towing of the vehicle. A lady by the name of Angie took the statements and promised us that the claim will be finalised by 15th May 2013. She reffered us to OR Tambo to collect the courtesy Car, that was done on Thursday the 9th May 2013. Last week Wednesday the 15th may I received a call from this other Guy at budget and promised me that they will contact me on Thursday. Thursday I didn't hear anything from budget insurance, then Friday I received this sms from Porcia Farret that my claim will be finalised on Monday. My problem is the Courtesy Car need to return on Friday the 24th May 2013, but budget have not even started with the repaires. I need Budget to extend the 15days period as they are the ones who are delaying the process. If it was the panel beaters who is delaying, that would be something else.
