Rip Off - Bad Company Practice

It is with absolute DISGUST that Budget refuse to pay out on a valid claim. Pool Pump, filter and DB box is not working due to circumstances beyond our control, yet claim declined. WHAT AM I PAYING INSURANCE FOR??? Is this another customer ripoff? Our pool filer, pump and DB board is not working due to water damage yet, Budget refuses claim as it's in their "terms and conditions". WATER DAMAGE is stipulated in their terms and conditions!!! We have been paying our monthly installment on a regular basis yet they hide behind terms and conditions. Absolutely disgusting. I am definitely taking this further and will not stop until I get results! To say I have been "" is an understatement!!! Ombudsman, Social Media, Media, etc will hear from me. We are living in a society where "insurance" is a luxury. This is only my 2nd claim in 4 years!!! I have no hesitation whatsoever to cancel all insurance and get quotations from a better company. Anyone considering Budget Insurance, think again. They do nothing apart from taking your money every month, then hide behind "terms and conditions" (which we are covered for)
