Claim Paid Out

On 24th April I inadvertently broke my hearing aid. It was not specified on the policy, Because I was thick. I contacted Budget and got through to Petro Schoeman and explained the circumstances, fully expecting to hear "NO CLAIM". To my surprise she listened and sympathised and I felt she put herself in my shoes, She asked me to hold on and came back to me advising they had considered the situation and had decided to pay me out R7000. The replacement will cost me R14500 but I was not expecting anything. What a Wonderful Company to have dealings with! I am afraid I felt rather emotional, as I am a pensioner, and could ill afford this unexpected loss! Now I only have R7000 to lay out thanks to Budget and this wonderful lady who assisted me. Petro was kind, thoughtful, patient and courteous throughout and I sincerely hope that her Company appreciates this Great Ambassador they have in their employ! I did not have the hassle of completing claim forms or anything. NOW THE GOOD NEWS! IT IS THE 26TH AND THE MONEY HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT!!
