SA Warranties
DISHONESTY, UNRELIABLE, ARROGANT!!!

I had called SA warraties last week sometime and spoke to shaheen (claims department). who had told me they will cover my claim for up to R5000 . I was told to take my car to an authorised dealer for a quote. TODAY - my claim gets declined and after calling for a second time they approve R1000 the job is coming to R2100. i have spoken to Thato who was NOT Helpfull and then transfered to an arrogant and disrespectful claims manager/supervisor whose words are u should be lucky you are getting R1000. SA warranties went back on their word after i had called them and they assured me... there is a recording to support my disappointment. what is funny is that when they market there product to you they assure you they have changed the way they do business but this is horrific service and customer liaison is seriosuly lacking, arrogant employees and poor people skills is evident in a service providing industry.
