Oustanding claim since April

FNB insurance brokers are the most incompetent personnel ever dealt with. From April and my claim is still not being finalised as yet. i had a damage during hail storm in April and went to FNB welkom where we logged a claim.

Pumla from FNB welkom deserve to be a star of the month for going extra mile to get insurance to sort my claim for long outstanding claim.

but allas we still sitting with the claim and mutual and federal is not helping at all. need a better policy for a building.
