FNB doesn't appreciate their Customers

I recently applied for an improved interest rate on my home loan with FNB as the current rate is really high, however I used to be FNB staff and enjoyed a greatly reduced staff rate but since I left their employment the ugly default rate was applied. I'm not disputing the agreement on the default rate, however I am complaining about the "reduced rate" that FNB wants to offer. I believe I'm one of the more loyal FNB customers considering all the business they get from me - I have the following accounts/products with FNB : *Short Term insurance policy, *Platinum Credit Card, *Platinum Cheque Account, *Money Market Investment Account, *Unit Trust Account, *Vehicle Finance, *My wife's Gold Cheque Account, *My Mortgage account. After applying for a reduced interest rate on my bond I received a total reduction of 0.2% in the interest rate, which I deem to be an utter insult. Considering my 'portfolio' with FNB, if this is the best FNB can offer it is time for me to say goodbye as a customer as I feel that both Absa and Standard Bank will appreciate my business more as they had initially also offered me better rates than FNB. Does FNB still want me as a customer?
