Claim Number doesnt exist x 3

Good Day. I've spoken to Mutual & Federal Claim Service 3 times now. Apparently my claim number (121417271) does not exist, even though I confirmed it with Mutual and Federal 3 times now. Terrible system, with incompetent employees..>!!

Typical with Insurance, easy to take your money, but never wants to pay out
