Mutual and Federal not owning to their mistakes

My comprehensive cover is with Mutual and Federal and my broker is AIB (Associated Insurance Brokers). My ID number is 800123.

I have recently put in a claim for my car to be fixed. Mutual and federal drive in centre (in Montigue - Cape Town) handled my claim.

Unfortunately when I received my car, my glove-compartment (interior) was damage and is currently broken. I have contacted the drive in centre, explained to them the issue but they are not willing to investigate the problem and help assist me in this matter. They do not have evidence neither proof that that my glove-compartment was broken at the time when I gave them my car the very first time, although they claim this.

Then second. When I received my car from the Masters panel beaters shop (who mutual and federal sent my car too), the manger of this place (Bryan), drove my car out the workshop building, high reving my car continuously. I did not approve this matter and told him he should not do this to my car. I dont do this to my car. He laughed about it and walked away.

I got into my car, drove away and my car immediately over heated where a water pipe burst, bringing my car to a complete halt.
