Six months ago I requested and completed forms to enable my business to obtain a merchant number to process web order transactions through VCS. Already being a merchant I didnt think it would be much trouble however to date VCS is still waiting for Standard Bank to issue them with my merchant number. Despite the fact that I have on at least two separate occasions requested Zanele to look into the matter it remains unresolved. Obviously Zanele has not done the necessary follow up to ensure that the process was completed and that the necessary instructions issued to VCS.

It smacks of incompetence in the highest degree.
