On 2nd Nov 13 FNB debited an amount out of my acc. i lodged claims and struggled till today to get reply.

kindly be advised that the transaction for R5452.31 was in fact valid - this was a late process transaction done in February - The services/goods were not paid to the merchant, the merchant was out of pocket, hence the debit was put through.

System shows that your Chip and Pin were present at the time of the transactions and we see you frequently used that merchants services at those average amounts.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do, you will have to revert back to the merchant.

Above is the reply i received, this is after i requested all the signed slips of transactions and who the merchant is. i checked all my statements and slips as i do each week to ensure my financial records. Now FNB want to tell me i done transactions in Feb 13 that i have no recollection off, no slips!!
1. i expressively informed FNB to not allow overdraft on any of my accounts.
2. each transaction i get notified with sms to my phone, that clearly state the transaction and amount still available after that transaction
3 i sign for all transactions and the merchant must have that
