NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STANDARD BANK MERCHANT SERV

I have a Standard Bank merchant terminal for my filling station and it just stopped working. Std bank has a 24hour turnaround time. It has been a day and a half and NOTHING has been done. No feedback from the department to keep you updated. You have to hold for 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone and give you another pathetic answer. I am loosing a great deal of business daily thanks to Standard Bank. WORSTE BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA that's a promise!
