They still want me to pay

THEIR RESPONCE (Real People)
Real People acted as a 3rd party financier and advanced credit in order for you to obtain goods from Vosloorus Build SA.
On 23 April 2012 you entered into an agreement with Real People in terms of which finance in the sum of R 8 000.00 was applied for and disbursed to the aforesaid merchant. The loan was to be paid over a period of 24 months and monthly instalments of R655.97.

On 14 January 2013 you logged the first dispute with our office and requested that the agreement be cancelled due to the fact that you had not received delivery of the goods. You were then advised to contact the merchant regarding the cancellation as Real People were not in a position to cancel the agreement due to the fact that we were only a third party financier to same. We confirm that on or about 28 January 2013 the merchant's code was de-activated.
The cancellation approval needs to be approved by the merchant herein and in turn the merchant will have to reimburse Real People

i don't think this fair they still want me to pay them without receiving anyting IS THAT FAIR?
HOW I'M GOING TO GET THE MERCHANT WHEREAS THE CODE WAS DEACTIVATED? PAY MONEY FOR NOTHING? NO!!
