Transactions no action from bank

I called Discoverycard to report transactions from the merchant 'worldventures' as I paid for a product that was never delivered or received after numerous follow ups with the merchant I had no response. The merchant has been debating my account month to month and discovery were supposed to cancel the card to stop the transactions to date nothing has been done and the debits continue.

I smsd the merchant to cancel as this is the communication method.

I sent all emails to fnb case division and one hour before the so called last hour I'm told they didn't receive anything from me. I think it is an inclination not to read rather than non receipt as numerous duplicates were sent on numerous occasions to fnb case division with no response.

Kindly note that all emails have been sent on numerous occasions before this one hour deadline issued by fnb. Furthermore, telecoms to card division and SMS. To merchant.

Emails have been duplicated and triplicates to fnb, but still I'm told the information wasn't received at fnb. Kindly escalate for these transaction
