Having my say on a public bomain yet again! This is actually past the point of Frustration!! I submitted a claim on 10/01/2013, and only after having complained about the service on 15/01 got helped with one small part of the claim. Since then had to phone numerous times to try and get the issue resolved, not the insurance nor the suppliers can give answers. I have been told that the panelbeaters tried making contact since 15/01, but yet when you pose a question nobody can answer. My car can not lock as a result of a break-in, it is approaching month-end and groceries are soon to be purchased, my car will be left in a crowded parking lot and will not be locked. I know for a fact that the claim for a car will not be entertained because the car was not locked! I have been requested to get an independent qoute so I can be paid out and fix it at my own leisure, just to get told the qoute is too expensive, but I'm sure that a small difference will be paid once my car gets. I mean really the car got broken into at a mall, now we are going to tempt fait again!! Let's hope Murphy has the weekend off, 'cuase she nearly caught us the last time, with the broken window!
