I submitted a claim online, only to discover that it was to register a claim rather than submit a claim. Don't register a claim online - the drop down menu doesn't have the right combination of options.
Anyway, I received a phone call from the wrong department trying to settle my 'broken cellphone" claim. I had a claim. Amongst other items, a cellphone was. After many calls and being transferred from pillar to post, I was finally connected to the correct department.
The consultant went through our claim, and approved it while on the phone. He advised that the claim would be settled within 4 working days. The claim was paid out in full within 3 days. Well done to the young man for a very professional job.
