I'm so angry and so disappointed and still waiting

Zombodze got paid by my insurance after my accident which happened last Sept. They tricked me. My car was hit on the driver's door only. Nothing else got broken, not even the windscreen. It only had a small scratch. SO the only window that was broken was my window which is the driver's. The insurance paid them a lot of money, enough to fix my car using a brand new door and window, emblem etc. Not even one part is new. There are wires hanging out inside the car. The airbag is not fitted and they claimed it was from the owner's instructions, since I'm the only owner I'm still wondering which other owner they are talking about. The car has funny sounds, the light by the boot is broken, it was delivered broken. Thanks to AA it picked up more problems on the car. My car was perfectly fine while at the storage, even at the accident scene. We have proof. To date I'm still driving the car with the window which has a different VIN Number... probably from another car. No airbag... These people have put my life in danger. I don't even know whether the window is from a car or what. I want my car fixed to it's normal condition. They are!
