Ending backwards what a joke

My dad is a 82 year old pensioner, he earn a pension of close to R10000 pm, he pays R2300 pm on his ousturance insurance
a few moths ago he had a claim on a pump on the smallholding, i was told that if he pro seed with the claim his insurance would have been cancelled. he decided that he would cover the loss as the insurance " security ": that this insurance is too important for him.
Now he had a claim no 94481934

it was rejected because we refuse to lie, we could have easily said that the lock was broken, the police told me how easy it is for a to open a padlock with a hammer and that would not nesseseraly break the lock. this bring me to my point. bending over backwards, sorry i dont see that.

after the break in we did everything we could to recover the items, we had 3 police teams there incluiding the dogs, we offered a reward and got info that led to the recovery of the generator

i feel that we did what we could to recover the items and that there were forced entry taken into account that everything was locked even the gates
so what more must he do
