Claim not being processed timeoulsly

A week ago the car i drive was damaged and property & car radio broken. After a week of not being able to see out of the left-hand window of the car no installation has been made, i am yet to receive feedback as to whether the claim has been approved. if i don't phone and make a pain of myself i am sure i will be forgotten! i drive with my kids in the car as i drop them at school, and i am in fear everyday of either not being able to see a vehichle approaching from the left or else the window falling out and shredding either one of my daughters or my wife! i have asked numerous people at the contact centre for assistance and have received no joy. i would like to have feedback on the matter, before the worste case scenario plays out and i have to rush a family member to casualties!! i would also like to know what the response would be from budget if such an unfortunate event would happen. and passing the buck to suppliers wouldn't be the answer i am looking for in this regard
