I Had been paying my insurance premiums every month for 3, 5 years. Locking up and checking, double checking things where locked up when I left my house (you know the extra norm!). I even had a broker came to my property and did a full inventory on what was there. Having had no incidences, even having been away for a few holidays without a single thing happening I, after 3, 5years had a /break in, and the got away with a few things. Later the same night a police van caught one of the thives with my briefcase with lots of my items in it including ID, cash etc. They arrested him contacted me, and 3 of the other got way with my stuff. I had 1 locked up and claimed for what was. Momentum took so long to get back to me with a report and confirm a settlement that they used the excuse that they refused to pay me out due to their out of time clause. I had to take them to small claims court to claim goods back for settlement. They came to court and the magistrate through it out of court cause I was out of time (as per their evidence due to their fault) not mine, when claiming and I had submitted all the invoices, within 2 weeks of the break in. Thats Momentum for you.
