The layout and usability of the new online website is not intuitive and the scaling to different screen sizes is really bad. Information is cut off and scrolling is required to see information. Scrolling through a list of beneficiaries is done with a button - a scroll wheel on mouse has been implemented years ago! Previous updates have been good. For the first time with FNB I am really really disappointed! Tried to log a complaint on the new website and got "Internal server error". Time to update the person responsible for this GUI. At least Steve can now say his bank's website is better!!! And it is not that the functionality is greatly improved??
