STANDARD BANK CREDIT REC EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT

Outstanding monies due have been paid in full since 2010. Despite repeated requests for an updated statement from Standard Bank nothing is forthcoming other than uninformed relentless phone calls from different people who are completely uninformed but given a list to phone. They are always going to make a note on the system but never do. The outstanding money has been paid, copies sent to the relevant bodies according to Standard Banks own statement. Repeated emails are ignored as are telephone calls. Then 3/4 weeks later there will be another call requesting outstanding monies.
Disgraceful incompetence. Fourways Branch was similarly unhelpful but that is acceptable. They do not deal with this. As all my eggs are in the Standard basket perhaps this is the catalyst for change. So so simple Standard Bank but your staff appear to be too incompetent to resolve this!
