Existing customer account unlinked from website

Hi, I have had my account for a few years now, but sometime during the last 2 years, my new statements stopped being visible on the Edgars website, I could only see old statements, I complained and logged requests regarding this multiple times. Last year, everything got more lost, when I log in on the Edgars website and click to view my statements, it says: "There are no valid Edcon accounts linked to your online profile. If you are an Edcon account holder then click here to update your online profile or contact the call centre on 0800 203 925." I called in 2 months ago and they told me someone would look at this, still nothing has been done. I have entered my information along with my card number on my profile on the website as indicated by the "click here" link, it still says approval pending, it has been saying this for 2 months now. Please, can someone just link my Edgars account to my online profile on your website, so I can be able to see my previous and current statements along with the installment due and other account options. Please assist me with this, it would be greatly appreciated as I have now been waiting longer than 2 years for this to be fixed.
