I have been a FNB-banking client for quite a number of years and have always been happy with the easy set out and user friendly website for online banking. Unfortunately someone decided it was time for a change and now I struggle to find my way around the new and not improved website. It is very frustrating! Please turn it back to the way it was or make a plan for it to be more user friendly!!!
