Terrible "improvement" from FNB

I have been a loyal FNB client for over 10 years. I regularly use the online banking service and I firmly believe that FNB is lightyears ahead of competitors in terms of making banking easy and convenient for its customers. However, the "upgrade" of the FNB website and the online banking page was firstly unneccessary, secondly is not user-friendly, and thirdly many links (eg: for credit cards on the website) do not work and provide error messages instead. If something is not broken, there is no need to "fix" it. The previous FNB website and online banking was perfect as it was. Just a thought.
