You have been a great bank so far, and breaking boundaries in the SA banking industry. I am your loyal customer. However, your recent website update has made using your services much more burdensome. The website is not intuitive. This is not a matter of getting use to a new website layout. USABILITY is the most important aspect that this website fundamentally lacks. A good design is obvious a plus. But unfortunately the lack of usability from this website makes our client online experience difficult. Every time I have to log into the site, I will battle to perform the transactions. Everything looks too smooth to the point that you can't distinguish an actual button from an actual decorative icon. FNB, please update your website soon. Otherwise, you would lose customers who are frustrated with this terrible online banking experience - which more and more people are utilizing going forward, and is an important part of personal banking.
